Αν και άργησαν αρκετά, οι υποψηφιότητες των Όσκαρ 2015 που θα διεξαχθούν στο Nokia Theatre στις 22 Φεβρουαρίου ανακοινώθηκαν πριν από λίγο και σίγουρα θα έχουμε να λέμε ότι έμειναν στην απ΄έξω πολλά δυνατά ονόματα.
Πιο τρανταχτές απουσίες στην σκηνοθεσία με τον Fincher και τον Christofer Nolan να απουσιάζουν, ενώ και ο περσινός θριαμβευτής Μάθιου McConnaughey θα είναι στην βραδιά ως θεατής. Τέλος και η απουσία της Jennifer Aniston ήταν μια μίνι έκπληξη.
Φέτος πάντως απουσιάζει η ταινία με τις πολλές υποψηφιότητες που θα σαρώσει στα σίγουρα. Το Boyhood έχει την πρωτοκαθεδρία με 6 υποψηφιότητες, ενώ τουλάχιστον τέσσερις υποψηφιότητες έχουν τα Birdman, The Theory Of Everything, Imitation Game, Grand Budapest Hotel και American Snipper.
